Shipping
We currently ship domestically within the United States Ready-to-Ship items are usually shipped within 3 - 5 business days of the order being received. Dye to Order will ship within 2-4 weeks.
If your order contains BOTH Ready to Ship and Dye to Order items, items will ship using the Dye to Order timeframe. If this does not work for you, please place 2 orders and separate the items accordingly.
All US orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on package size. Delivery times will depend on your location and the postal service used. Rates are calculated at checkout.
Please Note: If you choose an expedited shipping option, this only applies to the shipping, the in-house processing time remains unchanged.
A tracking number will be sent to the email address on file when the order has shipped. Please use this to track your package with USPS. Once packages are accepted by USPS, we are no longer responsible for lost or damaged items.
Returns
Please note: All items are stored in a dog-friendly environment so please keep allergies and sensitivities in mind when ordering.
The beauty of hand-dyed yarn is the uniqueness found within each skein. I work off established recipes and measurements, but the nature of the beast will always prevail. I take pride in representing my intention and the resulting products as accurately as possible. With that said, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase please contact us with your order number and I will work to fix it.
To process a return, please contact me within 30 days of receiving your order. The items you wish to return must be unused, unopened, and in original packing in order to be returned. Yarns that have had the ties cut, been caked, wound into a ball, or knit with are not eligible for return. Orders exceeding the 30-day return window are also not eligible for return. All purchases made from sales or other discounts are final.
The buyer is responsible for shipping costs to return the item. Your refund will be processed as soon as the item is received and inspected. We will contact you and let you know if there are any issues with the item and we cannot accept it. Refunds will not include the original shipping costs.
